This shrug cardigan has dolman sleeves. Cascades of soft ruffles form around the cardigan. The ruffles is black lace trim, which makes the shrug very romantic and feminine.

It is easy to wear and matches most everything. It is made from 20% cotton and 80% Rayon knit fabric. The fabric is soft and stretchy.
