This figure-flattering skirt is designed to set snuggly around your hips before flaring out into three, super full, gathered, overlapping layers.
The warp waistband is comfortable for your waist and fit well

Waist: 26" - 36" (elastic band)
The skirt doesn't need to be dry cleaned.
I hand-wash my silk skirt and then iron. Before I make a silk skirt I wash the fabric so that when the dress is washed it doesn't shrink.
